Welcome to the MyHealthMirror beta testing programme. By accessing or using the MyHealthMirror application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. MyHealthMirror is owned and operated by Digital Twins.
By selecting "I accept" and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We keep a record of that acceptance.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version the next time you sign in. You may decline, in which case you will not be able to continue using the App, and you may ask us to delete your data.
The App is a prototype for testing purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health changes based on information from the App. Beta testers may receive complimentary ("grandfathered") access to paid features as a thank-you. The tier and scope of any grandfathered status will be determined at product launch and may be adjusted; grandfathered access is a courtesy of the beta programme, not a purchased entitlement.
The App and all related materials are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose, publish, or share information about the App's features, functionality, or design with any third party. You will not share screenshots, recordings, or descriptions on social media or public forums. You will not share your login credentials. This obligation survives for two (2) years from your last access.
Your personal health data will never be sold, rented, or commercially transferred to any third party. Your data is used solely to provide the App's services and improve functionality. Data is stored securely with encryption. Your data will not be used to train AI models. You may request deletion of all personal data by contacting support@myhealthmirror.ai.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the App; copy or create derivative works; attempt unauthorised access to servers or databases; introduce malicious code; use the App for unlawful purposes; use automated tools or bots; impersonate others; or use the AI for harmful content unrelated to health.
The App and all intellectual property remain the sole property of the Company. Beta access does not grant ownership rights. Feedback you provide may be used by the Company without obligation.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You are solely responsible for health decisions made based on the App.
We may terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the App at any time. You may ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@myhealthmirror.ai.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Collin County, Texas.
